There are three levels of repairs:

Level 1: Basic installation and repair. For example a bait release, a landing gear installation and full calibration etc.

Level 2: Intermediate. For example any repair that needs more intense diagnostics and repairs like firmware update, black box data extraction, membrane replacement etc.

Level 3: Expert repairs. For example a motor change, a diagnostic of an unknown issue, changing the body and ESC or any board. Anything related to opening the drone for a repair.
