Fisherman Max

The remote controller and the aircraft are paired at the factory before shipping. There is no need to pair them for your first use. If the aircraft and the remote controller are not able to connect, please try the following steps to pair the aircraft and the remote controller:

  1. Power on the remote controller while keeping the aircraft off.
  2. Press and hold the function button (Fn) and the power button for 3 seconds. The remote controller will start to beep.

  4. The remote controller and the aircraft would pair automatically.

Yes, we accept returns. You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your order, or it may result in delays or refusal.

Before you can return an item, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to us. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization send an email to

  • You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked within our 10 day policy (from delivery date). Shipping fee will be deducted from the refund and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

When products are in stock, they will show the add to cart button. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 4 p.m. eastern time, are shipped on Mondays. There are rare products that take a little longer to ship because they ship from different locations, in those cases, you will receive an email with shipping information.

No. The Splash Drone 4 battery only works with the Splash Drone 4. If you want to see other batteries, head over to the battery categories here

It could be several issues. The battery is not fully charged, the battery is not pushed in all the way (most common), the start or power-on procedures were not followed correctly. Kindly refer to the Splash Drone 4 manual here

Thor850 Heavy Lift Drone

No, the Thor850 drone does not have a transponder, but you can purchase a transponder here and attach it to the drone.

It depends on the drone but the Swellpro Splash Drone 4, FD1 and FD2 remote controls have internal batteries that require charging. Refer to the battery status on the remote control screen.
