The grabber claw works perfectly as expected. The only issue is had which was not Urban Drones fault was the shipping. I made the mistake of choosing 2 day USPS instead of the FedEx option. That 2 day shipping turned into 14 days. So do yourself a favor and choose either FedEx or UPS you'll be much happier. And Thank you to Urban Drones for following up on that.

I recently purchased the XPECE ONE fishing drone bundle. Called Urban Drones 1st to collect some final information from an awesome, knowledgeable, and helpful associate. Was going to buy Cuta copter and that guy helped me from making a HUGE mistake. Last weekend my crew and I went down to the gulf coast of Texas and XPECE ONE knocked it outta the park for us! Several large blasting, a spinner shark, and lots of redfish was made so much easier to get to due to this FANTASTIC piece of equipment! Super easy to operate even though I've never been a gamer. Owning a non-DGI drone of some quality is not very convenient. But the SwellPro slashdrone 4 exactly meets my "gotta be on the water needs and desires.
As a new part 107 pilot, the learning curve is steep -- I tend to see cinematically and of course try to fly beyond my abilities.
So when I crash I know I can turn to Urban Drones to get what I need, when I need it, to get me flying once again - hopefully lessons learned.
My drone went down in the ocean and I was on vacation / fishing trip so I needed one fast. They were able to get me one in 2 days to help save my trip. I would highly recommend them!
